TERMS AND CONDITIONS.   

                                                                                                                                                                                      These events are for persons 18years of age and over. Persons between 16 - 18 years old may attend only if accompanied by a parent. Proof of age may be required.

• Heavily pregnant women are not allowed on these events due to health and safety restrictions.
• Many of the locations are not suitable for people with disabilities or walking issues.
• Drugs and alcohol are not permitted on any investigation and any persons that appear to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol will be asked to leave immediately without any refund of monies paid.
• No smoking, vaping or naked flames are allowed within any of the venues.
• Jersey Paranormal Investigation Society will not be liable for any damage or loss to property or personal equipment during or after the event, including damage that may be caused by spiritual activity.
• All property and effects belong to you and Jersey Paranormal Investigation Society accept no responsibility for damage to vehicles, parking fines, wheelclamping, towing of or breakdowns whilst attending the event.
• It is your responsibility for transportation to and from the event, we will not accept liability for lateness due to traffic conditions.
• Events are attended at your own risk, Jersey Paranormal Investigation Society will accept no responsibility for accident or injury.
• Everyone is required to act in a responsible manner and not cause harm or injury to themselves or anybody else attending the event.
• You will be notified if there is limited or no seating at the event, in which case you are welcome to bring a camping chair with you.
• There are no sleeping facilities at any event unless otherwise stated.
• All information received by us in relation to Names, Email addresses or contact telephone numbers will not be used for any other purpose than to incorporate on our database.
• By booking with Jersey Paranormal Investigation Society, you acknowledge, understand and agree to the terms and conditions of sale.

  

BEHAVIOUR POLICY.

• Absolutely no drugs or alcohol to be consumed either prior or during an event. Any persons believed to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol will be asked to leave immediately regardless of transport difficulties or adverse weather conditions and will not be refunded any monies paid for the event.
• No disrespectful behaviour will be tolerated. Any behaviour deemed inappropriate may result in the persons concerned being removed from the event and will not be refunded any money paid.
• All participants are asked to attend the event on time. Please make us aware beforehand if you are going to be late.
• The use of camera, video or audio recording equipment is permitted but any footage caught is deemed to be for personal use ONLY and not for public view.
• Before commencing photo, video or audio recording you must advise anybody being recorded so they are aware and have the choice not to be included.
• All locations have shown paranormal activity witnessed by ourselves or others but due to the nature of the event, no paranormal activity can be guaranteed though the team will endeavour to increase the chances of activity by using techniques, knowledge, equipment and experience.
• No trickery or deception is used and anyone deemed to be manipulating or faking any activity will be dealt with swiftly.
• Everyone is required to behave in a responsible manner and respect the nature of the event and beliefs of others at all times.
• It is for each individual to form your own opinion of what may be happening during an event from a paranormal perspective. Any information or comment made by the host, a team member or other participant should not necessarily be interpreted as factual or true as this is only their opinion.
• Any persons needing to leave the event early are required to inform a team member for safety reasons.

Due to the lateness of the event, you are asked to respect the needs of neighbouring residents and leave the event quickly and quietly.   

                                                            

                                                            CANCELLATION POLICY.

 

• It is your responsibility at the time of booking to ensure that you and anyone you are booking for can make the event time and date and have read the terms and conditions. We can not offer a refund if you cannot attend though we may transfer your booking to another date or event at the discretion of Jersey Paranormal Investigation Society.
• We cannot put your places back up for sale on the website if you are unable to attend, however your place(s) can be transferred to a third party but we must know the name, email address and telephone number of the person buying your place for our records. Failure to do this will result in the guest(s)not being allowed to enter the location.

You will be allowed to advertise your place(s) for sale on our Facebook Group Page with prior agreement with ourselves but we accept no responsibility for any third party transactions made via this method nor enter into any correspondence to help with the transaction other than to confirm knowledge of the place(s) for sale.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     

                                                        CANCELLATION BY US.

 

 

• Jersey Paranormal Investigation Society reserves the right to cancel an event at any given time due to adverse weather conditions, sudden cancellation by the location for safety concerns or if the event does not meet the required number of guests. In this event, you will be notified of this as soon as reasonably possible and offered to move your booking to another date/ event or a full refund. We will accept no other liability whatsoever to you in respect of hotels etc.
