L'Auberge Investigation

£25.00

Originally named Le Nord and built as a residence, records show that the property was owned by Nicolas Le Couteur in 1580 but it is thought that the property is much older and parts of the building date back to medieval times. The property stayed in the Le Couteur family until 1798 when it was sold to Phillipe Romeril. It then became a working farm until it changed to a bar and restaurant in the 1940's.

Apparitions of a little girl, thought to have perished by falling down the stone staircase, have been seen on numerous occasions along with the sound of a childs laughter. A sternman has also been witnessed and a possible former customer is seen sitting in his usual seat in the corner of the bar. Bizarrely a floating head has also been seen around the property.
